Gluten Free Food Expo Returns to Brisbane in 2017
The Gluten Free Food Expo is returning to Brisbane for its 12 year on Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st May 2017 at a new location at the Royal International Convention Centre. Bookings are now open for exhibitors to promote their brand and sell their gluten free products at Brisbane’s fastest growing food and lifestyle show.
The two-day event is an annual celebration of Australia’s best gluten-free food producers,
MasterChef cooking demonstrations, and keynote presentations from medical professionals who specialise in the management of coeliac disease.
1 in 70 Australians live with coeliac disease, and thousands more are gluten intolerant or choose a gluten free lifestyle. “This is a weekend where expo goers can sample and purchase the latest gluten free foods as well as enjoy an informative and fun weekend” said Coeliac Queensland Executive Officer, Glen Harriss.
“Following the huge success of 2016 where we had a record attendance of 5,216, up 66% from 2015, attendees stayed longer, and spent more than ever on exhibitor products. We are working on making 2017 our biggest year ever. The move to Royal International Convention Centre provides an opportunity to refresh the look and feel of the event.”
