CheckUP to deliver a new project - Access for All
We are excited to announce that we have successfully secured funding from NDIS - Information Linkages and Capacity (ILC) to deliver a new project called Access for All.
The ‘Access for All’ project will reduce barriers and inequities for rural and remote Queenslanders with disabilities in accessing mainstream health services. An advisory group will be established and a set of resources developed. These resources include upskilling strategies, a communications strategy, educational e-learning modules, face to face training, case study videos (including Aboriginal Torres Strait islander people with disability accessing services in rural areas), a web-based service directory and an online library of quality improvement initiatives.
