Access for All – Lights, Camera, Action!
Filming is now underway for the Access for All online training.
Launching in July 2021, Access for All will provide an easy online training package for participants to work through highlighting solutions to overcoming the barriers people with a disability experience accessing mainstream health services.
The online training will provide interactive activities as well as short videos featuring consumers and health professionals, to engage participants and get them thinking about assumptions and attitudes to people with a disability in health care.
CheckUP commenced the video filming at My Tooth Doctor – an accessible and inclusive dentist, offering paediatric and special needs dentistry to consumers in Townsville.
