The CheckUP Forum Draft Agenda will be released shortly.

This Forum is aimed at clinical leaders, senior practitioners, CEOs, Board Directors, operational and strategic managers, stakeholder organisations and health consumers.

Refund and cancellation policy

Registrations for the CheckUP Forum close Friday 30 August 2019. Any cancellation of registrations will incur a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received after Friday 30 August 2019 will not be entitled to a refund.  Registrations can be transferred to another appointed delegate at no extra charge.
