CheckUP's 20th Anniversary celebration consists of two key events:

  • The CheckUP Forum
  • 20th Anniversary Gala Dinner

Audience:

Our two 20th Anniversary events are aimed at clinical leaders, senior practitioners, CEOs, Board Directors, operational and strategic managers, program coordinators and managers, stakeholder organisations, former staff and health consumers.

The Events:

Two key CheckUP events, one day, one location:

  1. The CheckUP Forum (14 Sept. 2018)

CheckUP's signature event brings people from all areas of the health sector together to hear from thought leaders and engage in valuable conversations, connections and learnings.

This year’s Forum focusses on the Quadruple Aim of healthcare and will explore concepts relating to populations, patients, processes and providers as we work together to improve health outcomes, and create healthier communities.

With high quality Keynote addresses; an interactive series of "elevator pitches" about the future of healthcare; four Masterclasses to choose from; and 16 presentations from our members and stakeholders in the Concurrent sessions; this year's CheckUP Forum will be our best one yet!

  1. 20th Anniversary Gala Dinner (14 Sept. 2018)

We would like to invite our members and stakeholders to join us in celebrating our significant milestone at CheckUP's 20th Anniversary Gala Dinner.

The evening will highlight the journey that CheckUP and its board and staff have undertaken over the past 20 years. From our beginning in 1998 as the Queensland Divisions of General Practice to General Practice Queensland in 2007 and then our transition to CheckUP in 2013, there is much to celebrate, and we want to celebrate with YOU!

Refund and cancellation policy

Registrations for the CheckUP Forum Series close Friday 7 September 2018. Any cancellation of registrations will incur a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received after Friday 7 September 2018 will not be entitled to a refund.  Registrations can be transferred to another appointed delegate at no extra charge.
