CheckUP NON-MEMBERS - A $45 fee is payable by non-Members, which includes lunch.  A $20 discount will be applied to the November meeting for any non-members who attend all QPHCN meetings in 2017.  

 

Please note: Registrations for the QPHCN (14 February 2018) close 12 February 2018. Any cancellation of registrations will incur a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations received from 5 February 2018 will not be entitled to a refund. Registrations can be transferred to another appointed delegate at no extra charge.
